We accept credit cards and PayPal. Failure to provide a payment guarantee within 24 hours of the booking request will result in its cancellation without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__row\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-title\">BOOKING CHANGES<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content\">\n<p>Any change to the reservation may imply a change in the rate and\/or type of accommodation booked, subject to availability and presentation of the supplementary payment guarantee. They include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Observe rest\/silence hours, 22h-08h, either in the apartment or common areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave the apartment excessively dirty, implying specific cleaning, not included in the usual rates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage waste properly, if necessary depositing the bags in the appropriate places;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not cause damage to the structure or contents of the apartments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use household appliances correctly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adopt responsible water and electricity consumption policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__row\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-title\">FOREIGNERS AND BORDERS SERVICE FORM<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content\">\n<p>It is a legal obligation to send the personal data of all non-nationals, including European citizens and children, to the Immigration and Borders Service. Bath linen is changed twice a week.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__row\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-title\">VALUABLES<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content\">\n<p>We are not responsible for guests&#8217; valuables, even if they are deposited in the apartment safe. It is not allowed to host more people than previously agreed in the reservation.
