Booking conditions

Booking conditions, cancellations and rules for the smooth running of AngrA+

Reservations are confirmed after payment. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Failure to provide a payment guarantee within 24 hours of the booking request will result in its cancellation without prior notice.

Any change to the reservation may imply a change in the rate and/or type of accommodation booked, subject to availability and presentation of the supplementary payment guarantee. Changes that imply the cancellation of the reservation will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellations are free of charge if made more than 30 days before the date of arrival.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the cost is 100% of the booking price.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and checkout is allowed by electronic lock.

Check-in time: after 4 p.m.

Checkout time: until 10 a.m.

Children are welcome and have free accommodation up to the age of 3 as long as they do not occupy an extra bed. A crib is available on request, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Guests are required to follow rules of good behavior and good conduct on AngrA+ premises. They include:

  • Observe rest/silence hours, 22h-08h, either in the apartment or common areas;
  • Do not leave the apartment excessively dirty, implying specific cleaning, not included in the usual rates;
  • Manage waste properly, if necessary depositing the bags in the appropriate places;
  • Do not cause damage to the structure or contents of the apartments;
  • Use household appliances correctly;
  • Adopt responsible water and electricity consumption policies.

It is a legal obligation to send the personal data of all non-nationals, including European citizens and children, to the Immigration and Borders Service. A specific form must therefore be completed in advance.

Minimum booking age: 18.

Guests may not make noise or disturb in any way the rest of other people between 22:00 and 08:00.

For stays longer than 7 days, a general cleaning is carried out on the 7th day (or by prior arrangement), with a change of bed linen and towels. Bath linen is changed twice a week.

We are not responsible for guests’ valuables, even if they are deposited in the apartment safe. Guests should always take care of their valuables.

Smoking is not allowed in the common areas or indoors.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed. It is not allowed to host more people than previously agreed in the reservation. If this happens, it will have legal implications and additional costs.

Pets are not allowed, except for duly accredited guide dogs.
